An example from our test club: Coach Barton's raw notes on Beckett, word for word, and the player development update playerborn turned them into.
Coach Kelsey Barton's notes since the last update, and the update they became.
Beckett still needs to work on his right hand a bit. I mean, I'm sorry, his left hand a bit. I also want him communicating a little more. He needs to be louder on the field, call for the ball more, help direct traffic a little more.
Beckett needs to work on his off-ball cutting. He's standing still. His teammates can't find him. He needs to find the opening and show.
Beckett has an excellent right hand.
Today at practice, Beckett was really sharp on ground balls.
In the game against Northside, I think it was on fire. His dodges were on point.
His riding is a problem though. He jogs back and lets the defenders walk it out clean. Composure was good. He stayed level when the game got chippy in the third.
He forces the long ones across the field, communication is strong, he's calling out slides all game.

For his age and level, in his coach's words.
And where they showed up.
His coach said it straight. Beckett reads what to work on.
So he pictures the next rep.
For exactly what he's working on.
Built on every update so far.
